docs: update to latest docus and various improvements

📚 Description

• Update to latest Docus
• Had to set Nuxt to 3.1.0 since 3.2.0 has some issues
• Improved some content parts
• Used orange instead of yellow for accessibility

Will be fixed soon in another release of Docus:

• Had to use Tailwind for the Terminal until we support multi-lines in Elements
• Small issue on configuration page for css when aside is disabled
