This project is intended to provide basic requirements every university or
college should define to utilize a project following MockU coding standards.

This directory contains web-related files. HTML, JS, CSS etc.

Requirements for web templates:

* HTML5 coding standards
* jQuery available as jQuery, $, or vendor.jQuery eg, UNL.jQuery
* Fixed-width html are minimum 960 pixels wide
* Grid system for content regions
* Simple CSS reset will be applied to all pages
* Navigation is in plain ol or ul tags with anchors on all elements
