I'd like to see the changelog used, but last time we included changes to it in each pull request, we saw a lot of merge conflicts. Do you think this PR should include a change log entry? Or should we go though each closed pull request and update the changelog manually before each release? |

This removes styles that were used in the now removed "Apps" header tool. This also fixes the grid class for
wdn-grid-set-full.
