Current behavior

ApplicationData.LocalFolder crashes when used on macOS due to file-system permissions.

Expected behavior

ApplicationData.LocalFolder should not crash.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Attempt to use ApplicationData.LocalFolder.
