This replaces the BootstrapVue3Resolver with a BootstrapVueNextResolver, because the package has been renamed (https://github.com/cdmoro/bootstrap-vue-3 now redirects to https://github.com/bootstrap-vue/bootstrap-vue-next; https://github.com/bootstrap-vue/bootstrap-vue-next/releases/tag/v0.6.0).
