Fix to arm9hook issue 1. Payloads are now able to run indefinetly.

This is is the first version of the CakesFW with enabled arm9hook.
Currently working for N3DS systems with 10.2 firm and O3DS systems with 10.4 firm.

Fixed patching code issue

The patch would either not work, not show on list, or won't do anything
at all. Now it's working. Execution stops if hook is missing on sdcard.
