This would have been timepoint 1 based on the date, but am not sure if this is still an issue |

It looks like there are two values that are output for every colony in all timepoints. I would guess that this is because samples were run in duplicate, but not summarized by colony in analysis. I could solve by adding a line to summarize by colony if that is a good solution? |
