Consider adding this free content pack https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/open-world-demo-collection. This is rather HUGE so we SHOULD NOT version control this! Thus rules will have to be added to the .gitignore or there will be some serious problems.

Because this is such a huge add please CONTACT ALL PROJECT MEMBERS BEFORE doing anything, because it will affect everyone.
