Hey @dpryan79 would you have time/interest in getting some deepTools workflows under regular testing on useGalaxy.eu? Wouldn't be too hard, just add a directory like example1/2

Maybe? Is this mostly to test Galaxy?

This is mostly to test the deeptools workflows :)
As a benefit we also test Galaxy and our deployment. Maybe we can go with the ChIP-seq tutorial or the ATAC-seq workflow?

Sounds more useful for testing integration between packages. What sort of time restrictions would there be on the workflows?

@bgruening Can you push out the deepTools 3.1.0 wrappers to the toolshed? That'll help facilitate me finishing an ATAC-seq workflow.

None. Its running on the production server, so in theory there is no time restriction and I would rather waste some CPU cycles but make sure our production workflow are functioning than restricting ourself.
Plan is to have all training-material workflows under testing at some point.

Ongoing, will take 30min.

Thanks!
