First attempt at D9 tests (caveat - not tested on local, yet)
Checklist
Currently, whilst Lagoon contains images compatible with Drupal 9, there are no Drupal 9 tests in the codebase - this introduces one (simplified) set - there is no Redis or Solr, and only MariaDB tests at the moment.
