Description

A series of minor changes for beta 3 release. Should be ready for Release Candidate 1.

• Tweaks to the openda and openda_light themes, including table widths and data coloring.
• Issue template fix per issue [Bug]: requeast is not a word #78.

• SQL Version: 5.5.65 and 10.5.18
