Mapbox mobile SDK updates

Mapbox is overhauling their pricing plans, and associated to that there seem to be updates to be made to their SDK versions. Original message here:

Hey there,It looks like you're not taking advantage of our new pay-as-you-go pricing. We want to make sure you’re well set up before these changes go into effect on November 20, 2019.

Here’s how you can prepare for this upgrade:

Take the API request quantities from your most recent invoice and page load quantities from your website analytics

Input them into our pricing calculators so you know what your new bill will be

Web: Upgrade to GL JS v1.0.0 (or greater) to be billed by map loads instead of per tile — for many use cases this should result in a lower bill

Mobile: Upgrade to v8.0.0 (or higher) of the Android Maps SDK or v5.0.0 (or higher) of the iOS Maps SDK to be billed by new Maps MAUs and get access to automatic discount tiers

Then you're ready to opt-in to new pricing from your account dashboard
