Hi!
We have this instance -» https://yenchi.activistasxsl.org.ve and we want to migrate into a new version of ushahidi: https://yenchi.ushahidi.io/

I was made the migration but I can reach to show the reports on the map. The error message says that the reports has not latitude/longitude values, but I can see those values in the imported reports.

Any clue?

Hey @petrizzo Not totally sure what's going on here.

If you send us a sample of the data (no PII, just a few rows to get the format so we can reproduce it reliably) and the survey design in the ushahidi.io deployment (fields etc) one of us can check it out and try to help.

cc @Obadha2 @Angamanga tagging so you can follow up during my vacation :)

Thanks for reporting this !

Hi @petrizzo! Apologies for late response.
I manage to import the csv you sent if I structure the survey this way:

Skip the longitude and latitude-fields in the survey and use one location field (here you chose latitude and longitude columns when you import) and a short text-field for the location-name (here you choose the Location-column when you import).

If you still encounter problems I am happy to jump on a short call and screen-share so we can solve the problem. Just let me know!
