Fixes XAMPP docs .htaccess code samples.

This pull request makes the following changes:

• Fixes XAMPP docs .htaccess code samples.

Previously, the XAMPP docs had an incorrect formatting of the .htaccess code samples, which were not being rendered properly, both in the Github Markdown parser and through Gitbooks. This PR pretends to fix each code block format in order to be rendered properly. Also, fixes two special symbols that were not being rendered properly.
