MayaviSurfactantViewer has empty regions on the interface. The attached script demonstrates the issue.

We should probably just use a standard contour plotter, from e.g. Matplotlib (can we tell it what color we want?).

r2637 introduced an experimental Matplotlib surfactant viewer and moved both Matplotlib and Mayavi variants into fipy/models/levelSet/surfactant/
