Staticman is now configured as an app for GitHub. That means that the 5000 hits for all users of the staticman app is now 5000 hits per user so we won't get the "Too many requests in this time frame" error which is cropping up more and more. Follow these instructions to upgrade.

Switch to version 3 of the Staticman API

Using version 3 allows 5000 hits for PFHub alone rather than 5000 hits
for all projects using Staticman.
