Description
On customer panel: cookie policy option showing a blank page in ar language instead of cookie policy pop up

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to the customer panel and locale is ar language choose:

https://localhost/uvdesk/public/ar/

Step 2: Now click on the cookie policy option:

Step 3: Here showing a blank page when click on the cookie policy option:

Possible Solution
If we have click on cookie policy option in ar language, then here should be shown a cookie policy pop up like others language:
