Fix \r\r\n line endings in python 3

First official release!

Hey folks!

We've been using this project internally at the Center for Healthy Minds for a few years now, and it's time to make things a bit more official, and get a zenodo entry, and such. Not much point in a changelog here, as everything is probably new to everyone.

Anyhow, this is a fairly stable thing now; if we change things, it's fairly unlikely to break existing functionality in the future.
