- Added controlplane interfaces for reloading all managed configuration types (cluster, events, app_services, artifact_version_manifest)
- Added test (integration, requires iguazio system)
- Minor fixes to makefile
- Fixed lint hack scripts (aligned with avrez/provazio/others)
- Added GH CI - doing only linting for now, as there're no pure unit tests that can easily run as open source CI
