2021 July release of Molecular Oncology Almanac paper code.
Some highlights of revisions include:
- Reorganized supplementary figures into extended data figures
- Several extended data figures were moved or combined into main text figures
- Supplementary tables were collapsed into a single excel file
As before, data in this repository and some supplementary data differs from underlying data as germline data from retrospective cohorts have been redacted.
