2021 July 7 release

2021 July release of Molecular Oncology Almanac paper code.

Some highlights of revisions include:

• Reorganized supplementary figures into extended data figures
• Several extended data figures were moved or combined into main text figures
• Supplementary tables were collapsed into a single excel file

As before, data in this repository and some supplementary data differs from underlying data as germline data from retrospective cohorts have been redacted.

2021 March 1 release

2021 March release of Molecular Oncology Almanac paper code.

Some highlights of revisions include:

• Rerunning all analyses with the v.2021-02-04 release of the underlying database
• Refactoring figures and tables into their own folders in root directory
• Expanding retrospective analyses to include 100 patients with papillary renal cell carcinoma and 59 patients with osteosarcoma
• Expanding comparisons to other knowledge bases to include therapies and genes catalogued
• Adding several figures to improve clarity of how MOAlmanac matches to utilizes databases
