Problem description
If you have an api-key that you need to put in a node config file, it may not always be evident where that config file is located on your disk. Vantage6 usually knows this, so it could put it in the right place automatically

Desired solution
A new CLI command vnode set-api-key that takes an API key and puts it in the node config file.
