xo-server 5.2.3 - xo-web 5.2.1

Self service user, when i'm create a VM exceed resources CPU or RAM ou HDD, i dont have error message. Just the create button in orange.
Having no information on quotas and no limitation in the values, the user can't know which parameter is blocking.

We had it in v4, we'll re-add it in v5
