Currently there is no way in XO to match tasks and VMs. So there's a lack of feedback, for example when you migrate a VM. All you can see is the orange status icon and the current operation in "General" tab.
You can also look at the tasks in the Tasks view but it's global and does not say which VM is involved.
Since XAPI gives for each VM a
current_operations
map which contains references of tasks, it would be very useful to use it to add more information:Ideally, it would be good to be able to follow the link in the reverse order: from task to VM(s), but this might require improvements in XAPI first.
