Of course, any normal biped would put these action buttons in the margin ...

currently the nav bar does hide action buttons which have the same y coordinates.

we have to render them on top of the nav bar not underneath as @gooddosh expects...

pushed new version to https://vc64web.github.io ... should work now as normal bipeds will expect 😄
