Now 'install' checks if XTBL was defined and exits with error message if it was not. In cases where DESTDIR is defined "$(DESTDIR)$(XTBL)" could be nonexistent so condition for its creation was added.
Added option not to execute 'depmod' on 'modules_install' target if 'WITHOUT_DEPMOD' is 'true'
