NAME
	compare.py -- compare bootstrap,gibbs samples with truth values

USAGE
	python compare.py -b <bootstrap_file> -g <gibbs_file> -t <truth_file>

DESCRIPTION
	Bootstrap file - quant_bootstraps.sf file in the Bootstrap output folder
	Gibbs file - samples.txt file in the Gibbs output folder
	Truth file - config.pro file
