This updates xterm.js to version 3.1.0 which includes xtermjs/xterm.js#1236 from @chabou.

This release also supports Alt+click to move cursor:
alt-click
Fixes #316

Awesome!
But I think there is some compability tweak to achieve with bold font weight no?

I don't see the deprecated enableBold setting used anywhere inside the code so guess this isn't a breaking change for us.
Or am I missing something?
