This release is built with the bugfix release of License3j 3.1.5

At startup this version displays the version of the application.

Docker image creation is automated in maven build and part of 'install'

Using the License3j 3.1.2 version and som other minor bugs are fixed

save license reporting error fixed

In this release, a minor bug leading to erroneous message appearing on the screen when saving a license in a format that is not the default was fixed.
