These is another issue to tackle here:

On Eclipse or STS, we cannot really use mvn dependency:copy because of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MDEP-187

Avoid depending on examples-utils to run the examples

This ease the execution of the examples from the command line.
This is related to #97
