GraphiQL files are present in 3.8.1 snapshot files but missing in 3.8.1 jar.

This is because the GraphiQL app build is automated on Travis but not in the release process.

As a workaround, download these files to the io/vertx/ext/web/handler/graphiql directory in your project resources directory.
