The currently recommended Rust plugin https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=rust-lang.rust has been depreciated.

Switch the recommended Rust plugin to the new official Rust-Analyzer https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=rust-lang.rust-analyzer
