Re-create home media automation

Part of the reason that I am hesitant to touch anything is because of how fragile the home automation system is. I need to be comfortable that if the house burns down, it can be re-created easily. This task is done when I am comfortable plugging in my zwave usb stick to a new device and having it work.

I was running into issues with the helm charts. I tried to install a helm chart, but it wasn't deleting all the way. I found the solution on this page helm/helm#7418. Solution was here helm/helm#7418 (comment) but I had to change the commands (ingress-nginx, not nginx-ingress, then portainer).
