Include more recent LaTeX delimiters, fix $...$ pairing expression and preserve b:match_words

The temptation to rubber-stamp this one is strong since I don't have any current projects going where I could give this a shake-down. This isn't @Konfekt's first contribution (nor their first vimscript rodeo) so I'm actually okay with taking it on trust that this is an improvement, but if anybody out there has current usage that can verify this 3rd party PR reviews are quite welcome!

It's a hack in any case as matchit expects different opening and closing delimiter, but these regexes do a better job at guessing them and thus make my life jumping between dollar signs a little easier.

Maybe https://github.com/Konfekt/matchit-for-markup.vim , using the same regexes, may prove useful to your uses

Likely few expect these identical delimiters to permit jumping in-between them by matchit in the first place, so while I'm quite sure that these regexes work better than the former ones (I've been using them for a while), even then they should risk to break few workflows, if at all
