We were getting errors when trying to run the sample application, the following steps rectified it. Might be useful for other folks. This was tested with IIS Express 8.0

We were getting errors when trying to run the sample application, the following steps rectified it. Not having any IIS experience it took us a fair amount of time to debug.
Might be useful for other folks. This was tested with IIS Express 8.0
