Unfoo is a little shell script for extracting the contents of compressed files. It handles multiple formats and even does auto sub-directory detection.
tar gzip'd tar bzip2'd tar lzma'd tar xz'd tar gzip compress bzip2 lzma xz ace rar zip 7zip
Place unfoo somewhere on your $PATH
$ unfoo linux.tar.gz
make test to execute the test suite. See the README in the
for more information.
- Fork the project.
- Make your feature addition or bug fix.
- Add tests for it. This is important so I don't break it in a future version unintentionally.
- Commit your changes
- Send me a pull request. Bonus points for topic branches.
