fix: include `_payload.json` to glob patterns when required #101

This PR checks if **/_palyload.json should be added to globPatterns, preventing workbox-build warning, added when:

using generate command, or
there is some page to in nitro.prerender.routes or some nitro.routesRules entry with prerender set to true.


          fix: include _payload.json when required
