Initial WiFi Setup Before v3.1

ESP8266 stores WiFi credentials in flash where data will survive through re-program. If the ESP8266 has connected to the AP by any other means, it will connected to the AP. If the network is unavailable, BrewPiLess will create a network "brewpiless" by default. The default password is also "brewpiless". Connect to the network and WiFiManager will show up for network setup.
