Add section for Photon OS 2.0, where python2 and python2-xml is not installed by default, as well as iptables being enabled blocking the default 5001 port.

If the shims are updated to Python3, how will that impact existing users? |

Until any Python 3 issues/testing is done, there should be instructions on how to use on Photon OS 2.0 — or just list Photon OS 2.0 as unsupported/untested. As it is now, the documentation only references Photon OS, with no version number, which results in incorrect installation instructions if 2.0 is used. |
