Allow moderators to revoke their status on a subverse they've been added to #84

As far as I know, it is impossible to remove my moderator status from subverses I've been added to.

I'm not exactly of favor of disallowing mods from removing themselves until
you're a mod on those specific ones.. but if the contributors agree.. then
i'm all for it.

I feel bad for the upcoming wave of "i need to be removed, please join my
v" to your inbox!
