Testing the changes

  • I tested the changes in this PR: briefly

Local build testing

  • I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
    • x86_64-musl
    • aarch64-musl

template:

- wrksrc: tarball with the new version is extracted to the lowercase
          directory, rendering this variable obsolete for the present
          time.

- maintainer: the person responsible for the package is inactive/gone.

The upstream tarball does not have the LICENSE file included.

The same license is scattered in the headers and .c files, attributing rights to various people.

If I am required to improvise and write the LICENSE file in the style akin to the upstream - I will try; feel free to ask.
