mavcmd - Land in current GPS position #91

A mavcmd named land_curr to issue a land in the current GPS position.

GPS filtered position retrieved from #87.

Can be issued like this:
rosrun mavros mavcmd land_curr <yaw> <z>

Do you think we are able to do this now that we have global_position? (also on the take-off side)
