Drupal modules that adds a reaction for children of a translatable node. Currently in Drupal with the i18n module it's extremely difficult to get a block to show up on a translated node page since the title and slug changes for each translation. This allows you to pair up with the CSS Injector module to add body classes and/or show blocks on just this page.
