As a Vox Pupuli maintainer I know the trouble of having many stale issues where people don't respond anymore our maintainers don't have enough time to work on them. As a user I really dislike the idea but as long as not more people contribute there is no other way to solve this I guess.

Like any repo with user issues, I don't think we can keep an unbounded amount of stale issues.
This adds the stale bot with (I think) very conservative settings.
