The Rakefile and spec_helper.rb files which were duplicated across multiple modules are now contained in a common gem. This updates the module to use that gem.
The pupptlabs_spec_helper gem depends on the QA-approved version of some other testing-related gems, so those gems have been removed from the local .gemfile
Merging this requires http://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs_spec_helper/pull/4 to be merged first and released.
