Order confirmation page in offline mode.

What is the motivation for adding / enhancing this feature?

Now order is automatically placed when I get online on Order confirmation page (without order confirmation pop-up). This is a little bit misleading.

What are the acceptance criteria

We need change information on Order confirmation page in offline mode.
Now we displayed only
You will receive Push notification after coming back online. You can confirm the order by clicking on it

It will be better if we will add also following information:
Or if you will stay on "Order confirmation" page, the order will be placed automatically without confirmation, once the internet connection will be back.

Pick one option.

• This is a normal feature request. This should be available on https://test.storefrontcloud.io and then after tests this can be added to next Vue Storefront version. In this case Developer should create branch from develop branch and create Pull Request 2. Feature / Improvement back to develop.

and notice that there is a problem with the order ID after reconnecting to the Internet.
Now we display "The server order id has been set to undefined"

This will probably be removed by #3082 , but remember to display the correct Order Number
