Updated configuration settings to change location_geo field name to long_lat, and added dynamic geo fields (_geo and _geo_mv) to schema.xml. (Now that GoogleMaps functionality has been removed, we can use the long_lat field name.) Also had to update other code that referenced "location_geo" field so that it properly references the new field name.
