As an ex-night clubber, I would like to remove myself from the subscription list, so that I won't expose my name anymore on those party lists.

Acceptance criteria:

Given that I'm included in the subscription list
- when go to the unsubscribe page
- and enter my email address
- and hit the unsubscribe button
- then I can see the confimation page telling me that I was successfuly unsubscribed
- and I won't receive anymore cabaret's or beco's email about party discount lists
