- PR 1611: Rewrite PR by Nick to separate kbd cords for multiple key strokes

- Learn how task force can function more effectively in 2024
Overview of progress/accomplishments in the APG Website Change Log:
- UX changes to ratings slider, date pickers, and tabs
- Pattern change and screen reader UX changes for collapsed state of all the menu button examples.
- AT support tables for 8 examples
- New about section that added a page for new contributors
- Guidance updates for label element, landmarks in dialogs, aria-roledescription, and mark role
- 22 commits with bug fixes and editorial corrections!
