Original Description:
Part of the work on #1440
This adds mappings for
aria-actionsthat piggyback offaria-details. This should (in theory) allow actions to build off the work already done foraria-detailswhile still making it possible for screen reader vendors to create different UX for actions.Leaving this in draft for now to get feedback from SR and browser vendors before marking it ready for review.
